Bradley Equipment Launches New Website

In an effort to better serve their customers, Bradley Equipment in Nashville has launched a new web site.  The site is quicker to navigate, and gives the customer a more efficient way of finding the pieces they are searching for.  The site is laid out nicely and offers a well organized format that cuts down on the time usually spent looking through complicated search fields.  There is a search section on the left margin that contains clearly labeled used equipment classifications.  Once selected, the categories open up to the particular units that are currently in the fleet.  The individual pieces are shown with clearly marked model and make information, uniform pictures, and any useful details a buyer would need.  The site is complete with many visual improvements as well including a newly designed logo and color scheme.

The site also introduces a few new services now offered by Bradley Equipment.  Brad Meinhart, owner, along with his father, Greg, are now offering new sales, primarily generators and light towers, as well as a full-service paint shop and hitch accessories.  These services are in addition to Bradley's core business of selling quality used equipment at great prices.  The Meinhart's expertise lies in generator sets of all sizes and reach forklifts but also extends to a wider range of construction equipment categories.  Give Bradley Equipment a call today to get a quote on painting some of your old fleet, and don't forget to check out the great deals on their impressive fleet of used equipment at Bradley Equipment.com.  Many of Bradley's units can be found at SwapaTool.com as well.

SwapaTool.com: An Answer to the Economy?

The stock market is down, gas prices are up, expenses are on the rise and “fair market” values don’t seem to be very fair at all. In these troubled economic times, we have all had to tighten the belt a couple more notches. Turn on the news, read the newspaper, talk to your friends and coworkers, and you realize that the economy is affecting everybody.

I personally believe that much of the economic depression currently being experienced is sponsored in part by irresponsible reporting. Well, Chicken Little may be able to make a lot of money by reporting the falling of the sky, but isn’t it funny how somehow the economy is still sound enough to allow companies to buy advertising spots run during news programs? Of course, many of them seem to be pharmaceutical companies advertising the latest and greatest anti-depressant; any connection? Nonetheless, people are still spending money, just more conservatively.

The news spotlight ought to be on individuals, organizations, and companies who are doing all they can to support the economy, not the recession. I also believe that companies who survive current economic conditions are truly offering something special to the public and are recession resistant because of the value, quality, and services they offer, not their current cash flow.

"Green Roofing" in Nashville

With the economy it its current state, most companies have less work, employ fewer people, and are making smaller profits than they've seen in years.  Many business owners and managers are now faced with making tough decisions to simply stay afloat.  I have read a few articles on companies that are changing strategies to remain competitive.  Contractors that once offered one or two core services are branching out and providing new ways to capture the short list of clients still building and developing.

"Where Do You Buy Used Equipment?"

Our latest reader poll, "Where Do You Buy Used Equipment?" has closed with a very interesting result.  The purpose of the poll was to find out where a buyer is typically buying equipment, especially in the current economy.  Readers were given the option to vote for more than one category if they use several outlets when looking for equipment.  Some of the factors a customer takes into consideration when making a purchasing decision are undoubtedly at the root of the overwhelming favorite, "Rental Company Sales".  Would it be a certain comfort level that comes from being able to put a face to a name? Reliability or trustworthiness of the particular salesperson?  If a buyer's main concern is cost, what real value is there in buying from a rep at a local company?

SwapaTool.com: Increasing Your Exposure to Prospective Customers

I was wondering recently if many of our prospective SwapaTool.com customers realize what a subscription can do for their business.  For that matter, do our current customers even realize what they are getting for their money?  Are they aware of all the ways they can use an ad package to suit their companies' needs?  Let's say you are the owner or project manager for a regional Plumbing and HVAC company.  You have dynamic and diversified services to offer your customers but no good way to get the word out.  The same old advertising technique is getting you nowhere.  You are paying way too much to be pigeon-holed into a predetermined category that doesn't come close to encompassing what you can really do for your customers.  I want to address a few possible needs that owner or manager may have and show the ways SwapaTool.com can answer those needs with our customized subcategories.
